This Privacy Policy describes how Luxbridge Aviation Capital ("Luxbridge", "we") collects, uses, shares and protects the personal data provided through this website, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 — "LGPD").

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through the preliminary-analysis form, which may include:

• Name and company;
• Email and phone;
• City/State;
• Client type;
• Information about the intended operation (model of interest, estimated aircraft value, available down payment, desired term, intended use and whether you already own an aircraft);
• Additional message, when provided.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data. Please do not include such information in the message field.

3. Purpose of processing

Data is processed to: (i) carry out the preliminary assessment of the financing operation; (ii) contact you at your request; (iii) conduct preliminary procedures related to a potential agreement; and (iv) comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based primarily on your consent (LGPD art. 7, I) and on carrying out preliminary procedures related to a contract, at your request (art. 7, V), in addition to legitimate interest, where applicable (art. 7, IX).

5. Sharing and processors

To enable receipt of form messages, we use service providers acting as processors:

• FormSubmit — a service that processes and forwards the form submission;
• Google/Gmail — the email provider through which we receive the messages.

We do not sell, rent or disclose your data to third parties for purposes other than those described in this Policy.

6. International data transfer

The providers above may store and process data on servers located outside Brazil. Therefore, processing may involve an international transfer of data (LGPD art. 33). We adopt measures so that such transfers occur on the basis of the applicable legal grounds. By submitting the form and consenting to this Policy, you acknowledge this possibility.

7. Data retention

We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfill the described purposes and applicable legal obligations. Once these purposes are met, data is deleted or anonymized, except where retention is authorized by law.

8. Your rights

Under LGPD art. 18, you may, at any time, request: confirmation that processing exists; access to your data; correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion; portability; information about sharing; and withdrawal of consent. 9. Security

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access and against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or disclosure.
